This week wasn’t about going crazy, it was about staying consistent, finding rhythm again, and getting a huge confidence boost when it mattered. One of the best signs? Fast reps, low lactate, and that “million dollars” feeling.
Week 7 Highlights
-Easy treadmill start to loosen up the legs
-Forus session: 10K in 34:33 + 2 x 6 min (3:27 / 3:28)
-Midweek runs when the body felt “meh”… but the job still got done
-Rain + wind outside in classic Norway weather
-Best session of the week: 4 x 10 min @ 17.4 km/h with lactate only 1.6 ????????
-Family-friendly Saturday run with the girls on bikes
-Sunday long-ish run to close the week and hit 120 km total
Now it’s time for the final stretch: stay healthy, avoid getting sick, and focus on sleep and recovery.
