A Norwegian mountaineer has denied claims her team stepped over a dying Sherpa while climbing K2 in Pakistan.

Other climbers say he was treated like a second-class citizen near the top of the world's second tallest peak after a video emerged showing climbers apparently stepping over the 27-year-old porter.
