U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to 1st Battalion, 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 11th Airborne Division conduct a village raid in Malselv, Norway as a part of exercise Arctic Shock. Arctic Shock is an opportunity for the 11th Airborne Division to expand cooperation with Arctic allies, enhance strategic relationships, and build readiness by rapidly deploying soldiers within a extreme cold weather domain to conduct cold-weather field training with the Norwegian Army.
