Leaders of UK, Canada & Australia have said they will attend the G20 summit to be held in Bali later this year. Boris Johnson has said that he would attend the summit, even if the ‘pariah’ Putin turns up for the event. The UK PM said that he would be "absolutely amazed" if Putin attends the G20 over November 15-16 in Indonesia. Canadian PM Justin Trudeau has also said that he will take part in the G20 summit even if Putin attends. Trudeau said he expects G7 countries to attend the summit even if Russia remains a full-fledged member of the G20. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has also said that he will attend G20 despite Putin’s expected attendance. Putin’s advisor said that it is still being determined whether Putin will travel to the summit in-person, citing Covid-19 concerns. Earlier, Biden had called for Russia's removal from the intergovernmental forum comprising 19 countries and the EU.
