IS THE ICON OF THE SEAS AND SUN PRINCESS READY FOR PASSENGERS?

I have some concerns for both of the brand new ships Icon of the Seas and the Sun Princess. Will they be fully up and running for the first paying passengers. Princess has already cancelled one sailing and were hoping there won't be more but even if she sails, will everything be running?
