I'VE NEVER HEARD OF A CRUISE LINE DOING THIS BEFORE.
I've been on over 160 cruises and I have never heard of a cruise line doing this. Royal caribbean is giving passengers on their Ultimate World Cruise a chance to vote on where the ship will stop.
