The funeral for Norway's King Harald V included a public procession and the Norwegian royal family waving to the crowd from the balcony of the royal castle.
Norwegians from across nation came to Oslo to mourn and celebrate the late Harald, who died on August after he held the title as Europe's oldest living monarch. Harald's son Haakon, 53, will be Norway's fourth king since the country gained independence from Sweden in 1905, with Mette-Marit, also aged 53, as his queen.
