French President Emmanuel Macron urged the West to provide "tangible and credible" security guarantees to Ukraine as it fights Russia's incursion. Macron emphasised in Bratislava that NATO security guarantees for Kiev are in the interests of the West and that Ukraine "is today protecting Europe."
