Cruise news today. Carnival has altered its 30-day repositioning itinerary of Carnival Luminosa. The ship will no longer visit Alaskan but will sail directly to Japan, arriving ten days later. Antigua and Barbuda is set to see a surge in tourism as plans are moving forward for Royal Caribbean to construct a $100 million beach club at Fort James. Named the Royal Beach Club at Fort James, discussions for the project have been underway since 2019, and construction costs have risen over inflation in material prices. Construction is set to begin in 2024 following final negotiations this year. Starting next Friday, high-speed rail service connecting Orlando International Airport to South Florida, with additional stops at West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, and Miami. The high-speed train service will facilitate access to major ports such as the Port of Palm Beach, Port Everglades, and Port Miami. It will also have a transportation partner for transfers to/from Port Canaveral. Cruise line stock prices for CCL, RCL, and NCLH.
