'If a country wants to take part in international organisations, it must comply with its obligations,' – UK Foreign Office. Russia has not been elected into the Council of the International Maritime organisation, especially because of that. It has now become a positive tendency that the aggressor state is not re-elected into different global bodies, like UNESCO and IMO.
