What Happened to China's Abandoned Quarantine Death Camps?

Remember those huge quarantine facilities China built? Well, they no longer need them and have started to tear them down. The material used to build them is being broken down and sold for scrap. This is such a waste and terrible for the environment. China is definitely not the leader in green initiatives!
