What really happened to Jehovah Witnesses in Norway?

Jehovah's Witnesses in Norway won in the supreme court in a case regarding the legality of disfellowshipping. But the governing body did not share this on JW.org

Would not a victory in the supreme court be a encouraging experience to share with the publishers?

Instead Tony Morris and Jørgen Pedersen claim that Jehovah's Witnessesare persecuted and the government want to stop them from shunning?

In this case, one could argue that both things are true at the same time.

The supreme court (1)dont want to micromanage the Watchtower religion, while (2) the government no longer want to give money to any religion that violates the human rights and the rights of a child.

But were do the Watchtower Lobby organisation come into this picture, and why is it ok for Watchtower to be asociated with OSCD but not the UN?

And why would Jehovah Witnesses take group pictures in 1943 if they really were persecuted by Gestapo? Would you show you face on a picture during ww2 if this was a illegal gathering.

Istead they claim that the government wants to force them to stop shunning.
