Today's cruise news: Norwegian Cruise Line has opened Summer 2028 bookings with over 450 voyages across 20 ships to nearly 150 destinations, alongside an End of Summer Sale offering 50 percent off and up to $750 onboard credit. Santorini has reopened the pathway between the Port of Fira and the city after a wall beside the famous Karavolades Stairs collapsed, getting cruise operations back to normal in time for a busy 60-call August. And Carnival has revealed fresh progress on its new ship Carnival Festivale, now taking shape at the Meyer Werft shipyard with its thruster pods installed ahead of a May 2027 debut from Port Canaveral.
