Ukraine claims Moscow is hiding details about the explosions in Crimea to prevent a Russian exodus from the peninsula. Ukraine and Russia have accused each other of shelling the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant in the last 24 hours. Russia has blocked an agreement at the UN that was aimed at bolstering the nuclear non-proliferation treaty.
