What I saw at midnight in Hornstrandir | Plein air painting and hiking in Iceland

In the last week of June I went on my first backpacking trip - two and half days in Hornstrandir Nature Reserve in the Westfjords, on the northwestern tip of Iceland. I brought a small gouache & watercolor kit and made five small paintings. This is the second of five short films.
